Avocado with Tarragon & Edible Flowers
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 2 perfectly ripe avocados
- 1 Tbsp (approximately) tarragon leaves, roughly chopped
- Avocado oil, or extra virgin olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Flaky sea salt
- Calendula leaves, or other edible flowers
Method
Halve avocados, remove stones and peel. Slice and transfer to a serving plate.
Sprinkle with tarragon and drizzle with avocado oil.
Squirt with lemon juice, sprinkle with salt and shower with calendula leaves.
Serve immediately.
