Culley’s Smoky Chicken or Fish Picklenaise Burger
Ingredients
3 chicken breasts or 3 fillets of fresh fish
Culley’s Picklenaise
Culley’s Smoky Chicken Rub
burger buns
coleslaw - cabbage & carrots thinly sliced and tossed in your favourite dressing
bacon
Method
Slice chicken breasts into 6 pieces lengthways and toss in flour mix of [1/2C flour and 2 Tablespoons of Culley’s Smokey Chicken rub] till well coated.
Shallow fry chicken in a good fresh oil [not olive oil ] such as rice bran or sunflower till golden brown and drain chicken on paper towels.
Cook some rashes of bacon till nice and crispy and again drain on paper towels.
To make burgers:
Slice burger buns and toast.
To the bottom toasted bun, add your favourite crispy fresh coleslaw covered in Culley’s Picklenaise, pile on smokey chicken strips and rashes of bacon and top with even more Culley’s Picklenaise.
Place burger top on and you are all done with an Instagram worthy burger.
