In March British DJ Fred Again stormed across NZ. For a couple of weeks it was all anyone under about 35 was talking about.
Whilst he was he ran a competition to select a warmup DJ for a small show at Coromandels Coroglen Tavern
The DJ that won the slot was Tessa Hills A.K.A DJ Messie.
She impressed the Fred and his crew so much they took her to Australia where she opened up for 35,000 people.
