The year is going fast - in case you missed it, it's now August, and August is Restaurant Month. In its 14th year Heart of the City in Auckland have put on their Chefs Table series, this time with three powerhouse's from the Pacific teaming up and creating the first of its kind - a triple threat of flavours.
Chef's Michael Meredith, Touvai Poloniati, Patrick Ikinofo are teaming up at 'Metita' restaurant in SkyCity, to bring the flavours and traditions of Samoa, Tonga and Niue to the fine dining scene in Auckland
