The Aged Care Association is dismayed by Te Whatu Ora's decision to subject a pay equity claim for care and support workers to another review.
The association, which represents more than nine out of every 10 workers in the sector, says the government agency is responding to an earlier decision allowing full pay parity for those who care for the aged.
The interim chief executive, Katherine Rich, says the main victims here are some of the workforce's most vulnerable people.
Rich spoke to Guyon Espiner.
