Singer-Songwriter Daisy van Wel

On The Weekend we love profiling young, talented people, so we when former RNZ newsreader Chris Whitta raved about the musical ability of a young woman he'd met we just had to include her.

Daisy van Wel is a high school student with a beautiful voice and a talent for performance, which has led to her being featured in musical theatre productions. Over the last couple of years she has become dedicated to creating her own music.
