Chilli Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- 10 g fresh chilli
- 20 g fresh ginger
- 40 ml lime or lemon juice
- 20 ml fish sauce
- 40 ml runny honey
- 20 g fresh coriander, chopped
- 20 g black sesame seeds
- 20 ml sesame oil
Method
Pound chilli and ginger in pestle and mortar until they form a paste.
Add all other ingredients except oil.
Add oil gently and mix together.
Serve in a dipping bowl with the rice paper rolls.
