Honey and Rosemary Syrup
Ingredients
5gm fresh rosemary
50ml water
200gm manuka or rewa rewa honey
Method
Place all ingredients in a pot and slowly heat through.
Allow the mixture to simmer for approximately five minutes.
Pour into jars and cover with a lid.
Allow the syrup to infuse for a least 24 hours prior to using.
Serve with Sopaipillas.
