Spice rub

Ingredients

• 6 tablespoons flaky sea salt
• 3 tablespoons sweet smoked paprika
• 4 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon dried basil

Method

Combine all the ingredients and use as required.

For storage, place in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
