Stir-fried Seasonal Vegetables
We could use any type of vegetable (spinach, cabbage...etc)
Ingredients
- 1 head of broccoli cut into small pieces
- 400g green beans
- 200g Shitake mushrooms.
- 10g minced garlic
- 40ml of canola oil
- 200g roasted cashew nuts (crush them, not too much)
- 100g crispy fried shallots
- 100g crispy fried garlic
Stir Fry Sauce
- 60g of gluten-free oyster sauce
- 25g gluten-free soy sauce
- 30g sugar
- 4g sesame oil
Mix well together.
Method
In a pot, add water then bring to boil. From there, add broccoli, green beans & mushroom. Cook for 3 minutes then strain the water.
Put the frying pan on high heat, add oil and minced garlic & fry until golden brown. Add ingredients from step 1 and stir fry for another 2 minutes to make sure all vegetables cook and mix well with garlic.
Add all the Stir Fry sauce into ingredients from step 2 and keep stir-frying for another 2 minutes.
From here, plate the food then add crushed cashew nuts, crispy fried shallots, crispy fried garlic and all done!
