Ingredients
680g veal sweet breads
1 onion
2 carrots peeled an diced
2 celery stalks
1 head of garlic halved horizontally
375ml white wine
1T black peppercorns
3 bay leaves
Method
In large heavy based pan over med heat 1 tablespoon of oil carrot, celery,and garlic and cook until soft for about 3 mins, add wine bay leaves , peppercorns an finally sweet breads
Add just enough water to cover an bring to the boil an simmer for 20mins .
