Jazz musicians have long been attracted to Burt Bacharach's music, for both its melodies and its hidden complexity. To mark Burt Bacharach's death, Nick checks out nine jazz versions of his tunes. Tracks include a rampaging version of 'Promises, Promises' by the Jazz Crusaders, reflective takes on 'Alfie' and 'The Look of Love' by Bill Evans and Stan Getz, and a full on version of 'I Say a Little Prayer' by Rahsaan Roland Kirk.
