Today's events run from 9:30am – 5:40pm.

This demanding round focuses on the 18 violinists interpretative abilities: NZ composer, Kenneth Young’s new commission, Gone, will be premiered 18 times.

All the competitors will be tested with very telling Mozart concerti and Romantic era sonatas and will then dazzle with a show-off piece of their choice.
