There's a movie starring Kevin Costner about some bloke who created a baseball field in the middle of nowhere.
A farmer has done the same in Hawke's Bay, only it's a cricket field.
This week's "sonic" Moment of Calm features a recording, captured by RNZ Concert's Bryan Crump, of some action on said field, complete with all the other sounds you'd expect on a hill country farm in Hawke's Bay; birds, sheep.
