It sounds a bit like a weather forecast: 'the outlook for this Thursday night at the Auckland Town Hall involves a lot of moving air'.
Two community wind ensembles, the Manukau Concert Band and West City Concert Band, will take to the stage for a combined concert, "Angels' Ascent".
RNZ spoke to the music directors of the two groups, Alex Eichelbaum and Chad Davenport.
They're hoping the concert will show off the variety of music possible with a wind ensemble - that's basically a symphony orchestra without any strings.
The musical combination is popular with the military (ever tried marching while playing a cello?) but Eichelbaum and Davenport are keen to show a wind orchestra can do much more than perform on parade.
In fact, the theme of the concert is more heavenly than military.
Programme highlights include Frank Ticheli’s "Angels in the Architecture" performed by the West City Concert Band, while the Manukau Concert Band will perform Franco Cesarini’s (wind) symphonic masterpiece, "The Archangels".
Hence the title, "Angels' Ascent".
Will the two bands will perform together in this concert? Not this time, but there'll be extra wind input from the Auckland Town Hall's mighty organ.
An additional reason to go is that this will be one of the last chances to hear the Manukau Concert Band before they head across the Tasman to compete in Australia's annual band competition.
The more folk turning up this Thursday, the better the band's tailwind when it heads west.
