Michael Vinten would have to be one of this country’s more versatile and in-demand musicians.
He’s a composer and a conductor and is very well-known in opera, including leading the New Zealand Opera Chorus.
Next Sunday, the 22nd, he’ll be conducting the Wellington Chamber Orchestra in a programme including a rarely heard variant of Bruckner’s Symphony No 3.
