The director of Kiribati Maritime says there is a lot of sadness and anger in Kiribati over the ferry disaster, which claimed more than 80 lives.
The government has announced a commission of inquiry into the tragedy and Ruoikabuti Tioon says a separate maritime investigation is already underway.
But Mr Tioon told Koroi Hawkins the entire country is still in mourning.
