Tropical storm Bolaven - predicted to turn into a typhoon, will likely enter the Northern Mariana Islands early this week.
A tropical storm warning is in effect for Guam, meaning winds between 63 and 117 kilometres per hour are expected within the next day and a typhoon watch remains in place for Guam, Rota, Tinian and Saipan.
