The Papua New Guinea government is finally moving to resolve fuel shortages which have plagued the country for more than a year.
Puma Energy has been struggling to bring enough fuel to meet demand.
The government has announced it will institute emergency legislation and move to end the near monopoly enjoyed by Puma.
