Pressure on Fijian government to lock down the nation grows

There's growing pressure on the Fijian government to urgently lock down the nation as Covid-19 spreads out of control.

Fiji has announced hundreds of new Covid-19 cases in the past few days, with the national tally since April now more than a thousand.

But the government is resisting calls for a 28-day lockdown, saying it would destroy the country's economy.
