To start the show today we speak to Reb Fountain about her version of Happy Xmas (War is Over) by John Lennon and Yoko Ono.
As the year draws to a close and we reflect on the art of giving, Reb's hoping it's her rendition of the song is a reminder for us to connect with our humanity and foster compassion and love for one another.
It's also hoped that everyone who hears her version will donate to a charity supporting peace & prosperity for all.

Reaching the honour of taekwondo master at the age of 80 is the latest achievement for my next guest.
Taranaki's Dale Copeland is well known as an "assembly artist" and was recognised for her contribution to the arts with a New Zealand Order of Merit in 2012.
She also holds a master's degree in mathematics. Dale speaks to Jesse.
