1:15 After the rain: a plumber's story
Taieri Mouth is a small fishing village at the mouth of the Taieri River 40 kilometres south of Dunedin - population 280.Like a lot of the Clutha district, Dunedin and coastal Otago, it was hammered by rain last week.
That meant local plumber, Alvin Swete was kept busy checking on his neighbours. He's been flat tack since and he's got some advice about what to do with your plumbing after extreme weather hits.
