NZ Sporting History: the life of the skeleton racer

Ben Sandford is one of only seven Kiwis who has competed in this event at the Winter games, and our sole medalist at the International Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation (IBSF) World Championships. If you're not familiar, skeleton is a dangerous, high-speed event where racers shoot head-first down an ice track on a small sled.  Racers can reach speeds of around 130kph and experience accelerations up to 5g. What kind of mind do you have to have to take part in this? Ben explains all to Jesse.
