The case for seaweed

As New Zealand looks to clean up, regenerate and repopulate some areas of its marine environment, seaweed could be the answer. It also presents a promising business opportunity that could revitalise remote towns. 

Peter Green is a global seaweed expert from the UK and says New Zealand could learn a lot of from Japan's seaweed industry. Peter is being brought to New Zealand from the United Kingdom in October with Auckland-based environmental impact investment project developer EnviroStrat.
