Bookmarks with Mark Gregory

From Afternoons, 2:30 pm on 11 December 2024

Today we're joined by celebrity chef Mark Gregory. Mark has won numerous accolades over the years.

He became the first New Zealander to earn the Master of Culinary Arts from the Royal Academy. He was named New Zealand Chef of the year and British chef of the year in the late 80s

He's appeared on cooking show such as Ready Steady Cook and the BBC's Good Food Show and cooked for royals, presidents, sports legends and movie stars.

Recently, Mark has released a cookbook...'Christmas at the Castle' where he shares a collection of Christmas recipes, gifts ideas and family games.

DineAid founder and award-winning chef Mark Gregory is inducted into the Resturant Association Hall Of Fame. He is wearing a white jacket, in the photo it looks a bit like a lab coat. This is probably because Mark looks a bit like a stereotypical "mad professor" with a grey moustache. He is stood in front of a backdrop featuring the awards logo and holding his trophy. The trophy is a kind of teardrop shaped metal object with two holes in it.
