Cotality has released its latest data which shows a 0.1 percent lift in values for New Zealand in November with Hamilton, Tauranga and Christchurch seeing growth
But Auckland has not, in fact November was the eighth month in a row that Auckland's property values had declined
So why isn't Auckland seeing a lift? Cotality chief property economist Kelvin Davidson chats to Jesse.
