Were state housing tenants booted out to make way for Auckland development?

The Tamaki Regeneration Company took over the management of a Auckland development from Housing New Zealand in 2016. It says since then every tenant was given the option of being rehomed in the area - but it admits residents could have been forced to move out before that. Jessie Chiang reports.
