SAFE speaks on video of violent attack on octopus

An investigation is underway after a social media video was posted showing what's being described as a disturbing and violent attack on an octopus at a Bay of Plenty beach. In the video, a young man punches the octopus in the bulbus part of its body and forcefully kicks it as the octopus tries repeatedly to slide away from him. Animal rights charity SAFE, is among those who complained. Chief Executive Debra Aston spoke to Lisa Owen.
