Rural teachers buying pies out of own pockets to feed students

Whether it's a late lunch, the wrong lunch, or no lunch at all, it seems the government's new school lunch programme has lost its way, literally. The New Zealand Rural Schools Association has been asking for feedback from its member schools and it's overwhelmingly negative.
