Andrew Bayly resigns after 'lively' discussion with staffer

Andrew Bayly has resigned as minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs and ACC, after getting into what he says was a "lively" discussion with a staffer. Bayly also says he put his hand on the staffer and was "overbearing." Political Reporter Russell Palmer spoke to Lisa Owen.
