Kiwis spent 24 million hours on hold last year - report

A new customer service report has found New Zealanders spent 24 million hours on hold in 2024, or more than eleven hours each. The report's author is ServiceNow and its New Zealand manager Kate Tulp spoke to Lisa Owen.
