Extra Time for 8 May 2020

With the recovery from covid-19 there will be a return of some sport in the next few weeks. But for most there will be no change. There may be excitement about play on the fields and courts but for the Extra Time team it means a missed opportunity for an improvement in inclusion and equality. Join Hamish Bidwell, Alice Soper, Joe Porter and Barry Guy as they discuss the return of some professional sport, while the rest of the country faces the prospect of staying in their bubbles with no competition of their own. Increased funding for women’s sports and an improvement for Maori and Pasifika will remain an issue in New Zealand.
