granted for other parties to make statements on the event; Then, an
unusual Question Time in its cordiality also features the anomaly of
all 12 questions focusing on a single issue - the earthquake of the
previous morning; Gerry Brownlee and Simon Bridges are among ministers
facing questions about the Government's response to the quake; Later,
the Trans Pacific Partnership Agreement Amendment Bill passes its
final reading by 61 votes to 57.
