Bakery treats have been a running theme this summer for us, so we decided to call in the big guns, a true connoisseur of the crust.

AI has wiggled it's way to into most facets of our lives, one of those aspects is the wonderful world of job hunting.

Candidates can now spam hundreds of applications an hour using automation, forcing employers to use AI to filter based on keywords or sift through giant piles of sterile, identically written resumes.

GoGetta CEO Colleen Getley runs a recruitment platform and she joins Maggie Tweedie and Mark Williams to chat about the year ahead in the NZ job market, and specifically the awkward role of AI both on the job seeking & hiring sides.
