Aotearoa's inaugural Indigenous Tribal Leaders Symposium

Aotearoa's first ever Indigenous Tribal Leaders Symposium was held this week at Parliament this week and featured Maori and First Nations tribal leaders from the United States. Te Runanga o Toa Rangatira chief executive Helmut Modlik says the event comes at a critical time in Aotearoa's history and he discusses constitutional issues, sovereignty and tribal economies with Chief Kirk Francis from the Penobscot tribe in Maine.
