Prof Meihana Durie: Cutting edge evolution of Maori education

Professor Meihana Durie was recently appointed Te Toi Aronui at Te Wananga Aronui o Tamaki Makaurau - AUT, and last month he was appointed Tumuaki-chief executive of Te Wananga o Raukawa. Professor Durie says "we're at the cutting edge of the evolution of Maori education" and says "we need to be well prepared to serve students" who are coming through fluent in Te Reo Maori.
