Fifth Covid-19 case found in Melbourne

A fifth community case of Covid-19 has been found in north-west Melbourne, in the Australian state of Victoria. Health officials have just announced new restrictions will be introduced this evening while any other cases are tracked down. The New Zealand Ministry of Health says it will be releasing a statement on this situation at 1-o'clock. Max Towle speaks to ABC Melbourne reporter Stephanie Ferrier about the latest.
