A golden jump ... New Zealand's Hamish Kerr secured the top spot in the High Jump at his first Commonwealth Games on Thursday morning.
The 25-year-old athlete, described himself as the kid that never grew up and just loves jumping.
Hamish Kerr won the gold after a tight finish with Australian rival Brandon Starc.
