Councillors question bus bike rack ban

Regional councillors are questioning the logic behind a sudden ban on bike racks on the front of buses, after concerns were raised about bus headlights being obstructed. Environment Canterbury deputy chair Deon Swiggs spoke to Charlotte Cook.
