Domestic violence campaigners are celebrating the introduction of stalking legislation but want clarity on what actions will be considered stalking. Dr Alison Towns has been a major advocate of establishing stalking legislation in her role with the Coalition for the Safety of Women and Children and she spoke to Charlotte Cook.
