Auckland Transport responds to report calling for better communications to passengers

Auckland Transport says it acknowledges it needs to do better at communicating with passengers when bus and train services are suddenly disrupted. Auckland Transport director of public transport and active modes Stacey van der Putten spoke to Charlotte Cook.
