An Auckland Uber driver says the company is encouraging their drivers to commit insurance fraud.
He claims the ride-sharing multinational tells drivers they only need to take out third party insurance when they should be covered by commercial insurance.
Uber says that doesn't matter because it has its own insurance that covers all drivers if their own insurers refuse to pay out.
