Toxic foam: Discrepancy in Defence Force reports

Documents appear to show a discrepancy between what the Defence Force told the public about firefighting foam contaminiation, and what internal reports said. The Defence Force has said the foam it is still using does not contain a banned chemical. But its own consultants said in 2017 that it did, and that the contamination was both historical and current.
