Less than a fortnight ago Justice Minister Andrew Little hoped to have the law off the books by the end of this year. But on Monday Andrew Little did an abrupt u-turn after New Zealand First told him it could not support his plan. Mr Little joins Guyon Espiner in studio to discuss the future of the plan.
