The Australia-NZ bubble is set to partially reopen on Monday, with quarantine-free travel allowed from three states - Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania - and the ACT.
Brett O'Riley, the CEO of the Employers' and Manufacturers Association, says the partial reopening today is good news for businesses.
