Hawke's Bay civil defence rain update

Steady rain is falling on the East Coast as former Cycline Fili heads towards Tairawhiti. Heavy rain and wind warnings are in place for the region. Hawke's Bay Civil Defence Emergency Management controller Ian Macdonald spoke to Susie Ferguson.
