Businesses and residents in Auckland's Mercury Lane are vowing to fight Auckland Transport over its plans to turn the Lane into a pedestrian mall.
The project aims to enhance the area around the new K Road Rail link station and to make them safer but people in Mercury Lane say it will severely limit access for service vehicles.

They met last night with Auckland Transport to discuss their concerns. Paul Neveldsen, Chair of the George Courts Body Corporate was at the meeting, and he spoke to Corin Dann.
