An agreement kept quiet for years by the government shows it embarked on a project for a US tech giant to push AI learning in schools.
The $2 trillion Microsoft corporation was also engaged to look at questions of sovereignty and citizenship around helping government services to go digital.
Microsoft's government-related business has boomed in recent years, encompassing more than 180 public agencies.
