At least two people have died after Hurricane Idalia slammed into Florida as a category three storm overnight.
Power has been knocked out, homes inundated and bridges closed by the biggest storm in the region for more than a century.
The storm has since been downgraded to a category one, the hurricane's path continues across Florida and is expected to strike Georgia and South Carolina.
