US Senate Majority leader Chuck Schumer is expected to force a vote on a stripped-down aid package for Israel and Ukraine.
The bill originally contained provisions to address security at the US-Mexico border, however, reported pressure from Donald Trump saw a number of Republicans withdraw their support.
